The steps below guide you through the process of signing up to Rannkly, so that you can explore the platform and build your Online Reputation.

• Click on Sign up, present on the extreme right of the website.
• Fill the details of your Company, your company name and email address
• Customize your plan; select platforms you want to connect, business locations and team members
• Click on the Sign up button

• Enter your First Name and Last Name
• Give your email address
• Enter password
• Click on Sign up for 15-days trial

• Select industry from the drop down list
• Enter Company Name
• Give your Business Website
• Enter GSTIN
• Fill your Company’s address
• If you have more than one business locations, Choose Yes, else No
• Click on Start 15 days Free Trial
• A pop-up appears to verify your email address
• A code is sent to your email address
• Enter the Code in the space provided
• Click on OK and let’s get started

Let’s understand the quick steps needed to connect review platforms like Google, Zomato, Facebook, etc. with Rannkly.

1. Click on ‘Connect review platforms’, which is present on Dashboard.
2. Choose the platform you want to connect from the list. If you want to connect Google with Rannkly, click on ‘Connect.’
3. Click on Continue
4. Choose an account to continue with
5. Allow the platform to access your Google account
6. A pop-up window appears ‘Google account has been connected!’

This article guides you about how you can automate your response when you are stuck in a meeting or enjoying holidays with your family.

Users can set a predefined automated response on a selected star rating, review platform and location(s) (if relevant). Users can define the response of their choice or select from Rannkly’s templates. When a review of an automated rating is left on a review platform, Rannkly automatically leaves a response within 5-10 minutes of time. The sentiment algorithm also analyses the content of the review and detects whether it matches the selected rating. If a mismatch is detected, the user is notified via email about inconsistencies and asked to reply to the review manually.

• Go to the My Reviews section or Automated Responses section from the sidebar.
• Click on the 3 dot icon (a.k.a overflow menu).
• Select Automate star review response
• Click on Start Automating.
• Select the type of review you want to respond to
• Select the platform where your response will appear
• Type your response
• Click on Create Response
• Alternatively, you can select an inbuilt response by clicking on Choose Template

Hence its very important to have multi-user programs to reduce inter-dependency and increase efficiency.

Below are the steps guiding you to add the Team members to your Rannkly tool!

1. Go to the business settings on the left bottom side on entering the dashboard.
2. A clear section mentioning invite team members should be visible to you.
3. Click on the add button to proceed with the flow
4. You will be asked to enter the email address of the designated person that you wish to add as a team member.
5. After carefully typing in the email id - click on the box in front which says “invite to rannkly”
6. A notification would be sent to the email id typed - On joining/ accepting the email sent, The invited person will be able to join the team members list.

1. Under the reputation management tab, click on my reviews to start the process.
2. Click on respond to reply, which will lead to opening of a pop up box.
3. There will be a lot of replies present for you to select and use.
4. Read and select either of them to use it for addressing your customer’s reviews.
