Taj hotels are renowned for their exceptional hospitality, reflecting the true essence of Indian culture and the respect with which Indians treat their guests. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring a memorable stay. We had a wonderful experience, with well-maintained amenities and a mesmerizing view from our room. The rooms facing the mangrove view are undoubtedly the best, offering a unique charm as we watched countless flights pass over the forest on their way to Mumbai airport. The breakfast buffet was delightful, adding to the overall experience. Absolutely loved our time there!

Taj The Trees, Mumbai offers a luxurious and comfortable stay in the heart of the city. While the hotel's location may not be as central as some other options, I chose it for its convenience in visiting a nearby office. The newly opened hotel's modern architecture and lush green surroundings create a tranquil ambiance, offering a peaceful retreat from the busy city. The rooms are spacious, elegantly designed, and offer modern amenities. My stay was elevated by an unexpected upgrade to a suite, which added an extra layer of comfort and luxury. The breakfast buffet was a delightful experience, offering a wide array of delectable Indian and international dishes.

Positive: * Pleasant Ambiance: serene and relaxing atmosphere of the bar, surrounded by lush greenery and mangroves. * Good Service: The staff is attentive and efficient, providing good service. * Nice Drinks: The bar offers a good selection of drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beers. Negative: * Limited Food Options: food menu could be more extensive. * Pricing: prices on the higher side. Overall: The Mangrove Bar at Taj The Trees Mumbai is a good option for a relaxing drink and a pleasant ambiance. While the food menu may be limited, the bar offers a good selection of drinks and attentive service.

The design of the hotel and rooms are superb. Some areas lacking though; rooftop is missing charme for example. Food and service in the restaurant is good. One big downgrade for service from the reception. Asked for a late check out, but it was not possible because they were fully booked. I couldn’t believe it, so searched online for a room and there were plenty of options, even the room type I’m in. When I confronted reception, suddenly everything was possible. Why would you lie about that?Lying is a big downgrade for me, but I can’t blame the rest of the staff for that. Most of them understand what service is.
