While we are new to the platform and service, our experience so far has been terrific! Good onboarding, good support, and savings on top of that. A definite find when it comes to managing the travel for our quickly growing companies. Would love to see this ease of use and central travel hub extend to car rentals too.

I have received 3 different charges from Microtel and Hotel Engine from one overnight stay. Credit card was charged 3 times with different room charges. This happened after confirming my checkout with Hotel Engine! This has happened before but not this bad. Very doubtful I will use again. I’ll start booking my trips myself again!

After driving 6 hours to the destination after having made the arrangements on line for a room. My guy calls the location to confirm and to tell them he wd be coming in a little after midnight. He said the person that answered was very rude and irate with him for whatever reason. Then when he got to the hotel the front desk clerk didn’t have his information even though he had the itinerary in hand and showed it to him!! I put in credit card information when I reserved and somehow they didn’t have it when he got there. It’s now 1am and my guy just has got to his room finally. I would say there’s a few kinks in your system to give any higher rating. Especially since we’re dealing with working men here. They don’t take care of this kinda stuff. They don’t need the hassle even if it is for a minute discount anymore sure if I will be using them in the future or not. Time and budgets will tell.

Have my concerns. I booked some rooms for next Summer for Air Adventure in Oshkosh. On the itinerary, there is column for Hotel Confirmation - it says "not provided." I realize that I booked early. However, wondering if the rooms will be available and check-in. Will have to follow-up on this.
